Description

This was from a school project I had for a James Bond movie idea I had years ago. I have other stuff from this project as well, including the character designs, but they are really bad relative to my newer work. Funny thing is, my design for Bond's outfit ended up being really close to what was used for the end of Skyfall.

Anyway, part of my story for this Bond movie, involved the use of a prototype Soviet Helicopter that delivers nuclear warheads (Don't they all? ;p) but the catch is, it also doubles up as a submarine. How it functions is that it heads to ports where submarines are undetected, only to come up and go into helicopter mode and wreck havoc on enemy bases. This probably doesn't belong in a Craig bond, but possibly more along the lines of a Brosnan Bond movie.

Anyway...

Be sure to click left and right on your keyboard to see it go back and forth between the 2 modes. Wheeeee!

Well, it's an original design, if somewhat impractical. The vertical torpedo tubes are useless in helicopter mode; the gun and rocket launchers are not only useless in submarine mode, but are liabilities (they disrupt the flow of water, making the helicopter slower, easily detected by sonar, and thus easily destroyed); and the main rotor seems especially fragile, dooming the helicopter to be a "hangar queen."
